The Traveller's Postcard

 

Please do not be sad....

for I have finished my journey

and abandoned the rolling boat of life

with all its storms and squals

and tides of change

~

I am now on a cruise

travelling first class no less

in the wonderful comfort

and warmth from God's light

~

Time passed quickly

and we will soon meet again

until then I will cherish my memories

and ask you to be happy for me

~
